Abstract
Through this study, I analyzed stress factors of dental hygienists who have served in the clinical field in order to
be of service to training hygienists in the near future.
As the result, I came to the following conclusions :
1. Among the general characteristics of the subjects, the age scope ranged from 21 to 25, accounting for 67.89%, mean while the marital status appeared to be single(92.66%).
22 52.29% of them had religion, 50.46% of them had not moved their jobs. The reasons of moving jobs were due to problems related to salary, which accounted for 22.22/ and when it comes_ to the types of jobs 81:65¡Æ%"of the employees- of dental clinic had moved their job, which was a high ratio.
3. Stress factors were working environment(2.634), human relationship(2.504), work(2.277), salary (2.223), and roie(2.159),-So role was the least factor of experiencing stress.
4. By taking a closer look at stress factors according to scope, in terms of working environment, the largelpopulation¢¥ of workers is responsible for the most stress factors(2.862), in terms of role, No -opportunity of doing specialized works(2.302) and no prospect of his/her work(1.963), which accounted "¢¥for the least factor.
In terms of salary, a lower salary than his/her companion¢¥s salary(2.293), a meager salary compared with his/her work was considered to be the least factor.
In terms of work no opportunity of special works was shown to be a high stress factor(2.394) and feeling tired from overwork was shown to be a less ¢¥stress experiencing factor(2.073). 5. When it comes to the categorical relationships between stress factors, all of the scopes related to work such as working environment, role, salary were shown to have a very meaningful correlation.
6. As to the relation between general characteristics and stress factors, in case of marital status,
working environment and role scopes were strong stress factors and in case of reasons of moving jobs, salary scope was a significant stress factor.
